Mr. Bryan has made a career of Real Estate Development throughout Florida since 1995 and first partnered with Condev in 2007. He co-founded miJAX Properties and rebound Residential to focus on distressed residential assets. Using a vertically integrated operations platform, miJAX acquired and resold over 1000 residential units in a four-year span, which included a 260-unit SFR portfolio that was acquired by a national REIT in 2017. Mr. Bryan is a graduate of the College of Architecture at North Carolina State University. An avid race car driver, he served three terms on the Board of Directors for the Sports Car Club of America . In 2007, he was recognized as a top fund raiser by the American Cancer Society. Chip holds a FL Real Estate license and previously held a Residential Building Contractors License.
