CHRIS GARDNER
President
Chris leads Condev’s land operations throughout Florida. He has 20+ years of experience in real estate with focus on acquisition, entitlement, land sales and land development of residential and multi-family communities. Chris has been responsible for the acquisition, development and disposition of more than 5,000 acres and 7,500 residential lots.

fINANCE & cONSTRUCTION
Andy leads Condev’s financial and construction operations. Since joining Condev in 2001, Andy has overseen the construction of 400+ single family homes and MF units. His diverse experience in construction and development plays an integral role in Condev’s expertise in the entitlement and permitting processes.

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Bobby leads Condev’s commercial development and investment operations. His experience spans a range of real estate law, finance and development; originally overseeing Condev’s former Broker/Dealer and finance operations in the early 1990’s. Since then Bobby has utilized his legal and finance background in private legal practice, investment banking (special district underwriting and placement, landbanking), and public banking institutions (SVP / COO of national lease finance subsidiary).
PETER GARDNER

Peter leads Condev Capital Group, the investment arm that provides equity for Condev's projects. His primary role is to help Condev’s partners merge their investment criteria with the long term strategies of the Company. Prior to joining Condev in 2007, Peter spent 20 years in domestic and international project financing and production.
