The facility (noted by the star below) is located at the corner of the Pineda Boulevard and Wickham Road. Pineda Boulevard is the new road connecting Wickham Road and Interstate 95. While not shown on the map below, the area located south of the facility and west of Pineda Boulevard is approved for another 4,000 homes. Current construction of 400+ homes is visible in the video at the top of this page. The video was shot on 1/26/19.
