Tommy Pinel, MAI

Mr. Pinel is the Managing Director of Condev Realty with over 40 years of experience in land valuation, acquisition, disposition, and advisory services. Prior to transitioning into full-time brokerage, he spent nearly three decades as a commercial appraiser, developing deep analytical expertise across development land, agricultural properties, and environmentally sensitive tracts.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Pinel has played a key role in the strategic management of multiple large land holdings and portfolios, some of which individually total well over 50,000 acres and exceed $200 million dollars in value.
He holds a Florida Real Estate Broker License, is a Florida State-Certified General Appraiser, and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He has degree in Business Administration, Majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.
