Mr. Marlow serves as the Managing Director of Condev Land and a licensed professional civil engineer in the state of Florida. Denver has over 25 years of real estate development experience, previously having held key roles with publicly traded homebuilders, municipal government, and private equity development groups.
In his numerous management roles he has primarily focused on land acquisition, entitlement, and subdivision development of residential communities. Over the course of his career, Mr. Marlow has been directly involved in the successful delivery of more than 15,000 residential lots across Florida.
