Chris Gardner
President, Condev Companies
Chris Gardner currently serves as President for Condev Companies, having joined Condev in 1997. He is responsible for the collective strategy and growth implementation of Condev’s family of companies.
During his career, Chris has overseen the development of more than 20,000 acres of land throughout Florida resulting in the delivery of 30,000 residential units and 2,000,000 square feet of non-residential space including self-storage and retail/uses. He is a graduate from Appalachian State University.
