Mr. Mendonca is an Associate at Condev and began his career in real estate as an intern with the firm in 2022. For two years, he supported market analysis and acquisitions while completing his studies.
Since graduating, he has transitioned into the role of Associate with Condev Realty, while continuing to serve as the primary market analyst for all divisions. Mr. Mendonca is a graduate of the College of Business at Florida State University and holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
