Andy Gardner
V.P of Operations
Mr. Gardner leads Condev as Vice President of Operations, having assumed that role in 2000. In this role, Andy manages all of Condev’s operational functions within each division as well as oversight of all administrative and treasury functions company-wide. He is a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor, having constructed more than 400 homes to date, and serves as the qualifier for Condev Construction and affiliated entities.
Prior to joining Condev, Andy was an Asset Manager with Trammell Crow Company in their South Florida office and industrial group. Mr. Gardner has a B.A. from Oglethorpe University and a Master’s Degree from NSU in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Additionally, Andy holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers license.
